Please return item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns must be in original condition, including tags and packaging.
A return authorization number must be included with your return. Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization code or the return is subject to a 30% restock fee.
We do not accept return items that are worn, washed, altered, sale / clearance items, accessories, intimates, bodysuits or swimsuits.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sales on Hair Extensions, Hair Products and Cosmetics are FINAL, no refunds.
We do not issue refunds or allow exchanges - we gladly issue store credit, in the form of a gift card sent via the email address on file for your order. Store credit is available immediately and expires one year from the date of issuance.
When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping. Please remember that you are solely responsible for return shipping charges, unless there was a mistake on our end.
LATE OR DAMAGED RETURNS:
Late returns will be refused, not accepted and returned to the customer.
In the event that we receive a return item that is soiled, worn, damaged or washed, and does not meet the company return policy, the item will be sent back to the customer and store credit will not be issued.
Order cancellations are subject to the same store credit guidelines as returns. All fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES:
Orders may REQUIRE signature confirmation upon delivery.
All orders are shipped via USPS, and include delivery tracking. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.
All orders are subject to processing time that is completely separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once picked up from our fulfillment location by the applicable carrier. Orders are processed and handled Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of verified and approved payment.
We offer economy domestic shipping through USPS, which takes approximately 2-3 business days after order processing. Expedited delivery available for an additional charge.
International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 14-21 business days. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. You will be solely responsible for additional fees charge by the country of destination upon arrival. Blonndi’s Kloset is not responsible for these fees. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
Disclaimer: Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping and signature services is not available to a PO Box.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. Blonndi’s Kloset is not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing.
Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
